Sales have begun at 20 East End Avenue, located in Manhattan’s Upper East Side neighbourhood, of a detailed condominium building designed by architect Robert AM Stern.

The 18-storey building, at the corner of 80th Street and East End Avenue, will have 43 residences and is being offered by Corigin Real Estate Group and its partner Florida East Coast Realty.

The residences at 20 East End Avenue consist of two- to six-bedroom homes, including three duplex townhouses with cellars and two penthouses at the top. Many residences feature direct elevator entry. The apartments range in size from approximately 1,900 to more than 6,000 square feet, with asking prices from approximately US$4.5 to US$30 million. The penthouses range from 6,000 to approximately 6,300 square feet, and the top penthouse features an expansive 4,000 square-foot private terrace overlooking Upper East Side and the East River.

The building is clad and detailed with handset Indiana limestone and a proprietary blend of custom bricks.

20 East End Avenue features a range of club-like amenities. These include a gated porte-cochere and motor court that opens into a secluded central courtyard, offering residents the option of a private arrival to the building. Additionally, there is a library featuring a book collection on the history of New York that has been curated by Robert Stern.
